E Cod plus capsules contains Tocotrienols, Wheat Germ Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Biotin, Foilc Acid, Methylcobalamin.

Biotin, a vitamin-B supplement, is used to treat or resolve biotin deficiency. Biotin deficiency results in rapid weight loss, malnutrition and other problems. Biotin is also used to treat hair thinning and treatment of brittle nails. Wheat germ oil is a rich natural source of vitamin E, the principal tissue antioxidant.
